Refund policy

Only products purchased directly from ULTRARM official website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of arrival.
 If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange. If your product was purchased on Amazon, you should contact Amazon for returns and/or exchange. Please be aware that: * Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways. * Personalized products CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. Be sure to confirm the device and/or design BEFORE confirming your order. * Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund. * Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered. In order to return the product to us, you must Contact Us with your proof of purchase from our website and two (2) photos of the product you wish to return.  Please also note that the product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect re-sellable condition.
 We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen package during this return transit. For all international returns, we are not responsible for paying any custom fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund or an exchange.
