1. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
The ULTRARM website (https://ultrarm.com, hereinafter “the Website”) is operated by ULTRARM (hereinafter “the Company”). These Terms of Use and other related policies or notices govern the services provided to all Website users.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of the Website immediately.
2. Right to Modify Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise, modify, add, or delete any part of these Terms of Use at any time. Users should periodically review the Terms for updates. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Account & Password Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your Website account and password. This includes, but is not limited to: refraining from sharing your login details, not using identical passwords from other sites, logging out after use, and regularly updating your password.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. The Company may suspend or terminate your account if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided, and may seek compensation for any resulting damages.
Users must not use the Website in violation of any laws or these Terms. If such violations occur, the Company may suspend or terminate the account and seek damages.
4. Personal Data Protection
When you make purchases or use Website services, the Company may request necessary personal information and will use such data strictly within the scope of its intended purpose.
The Company complies with all applicable personal data protection laws. Except with your written consent or as required by law or these Terms, the Website will not use your personal data for any other purpose.
Personal data may be provided to third parties under the following circumstances:
- When required by law, court order, or request from authorized investigative agencies.
- To protect the rights of other users or third parties.
- To maintain normal Website operations.
- To provide logistics, payment, or other necessary services related to product sales.
- When a user violates laws or the Website’s Terms of Use.
5. Order & Transaction Notes
Product quantities are limited. Please complete checkout as soon as possible. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved; if another customer completes checkout before you, the system will notify you that the item is sold out and must be removed from your cart.
After checkout, the system will send an automated email confirming receipt of your order information. This email does not represent a finalized contract. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the item is received. Products may be returned unconditionally within this period if they remain in brand-new condition with complete packaging. Late returns will not be accepted.
The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned items must be unused and restored to complete original packaging, including the product body, accessories, gifts, warranty cards, original packaging materials (bags, boxes, papers), and all included documents. Missing accessories, unauthorized disassembly, or damage may affect eligibility.
The original box and packaging are part of the product. Loss, damage, or missing components may affect return approval and may incur restoration fees. Products that cannot be restored after opening (due to loss of integrity or resale value) cannot be returned.
If you received an incorrect item or a product with non-human-caused defects, please contact Customer Service within seven days (starting the day after receipt). We will verify the order and assist you promptly.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (excluding weekends and national holidays). Customer service will respond within 24 hours on business days.
Refund Instructions
To expedite refunds, all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Credit Card (One-time Payment): Refunds will be issued to the original card. If processed after the billing cycle, the refund will appear on the next statement.
- Credit Card (Installments):
- Full refund: credited back to the original card.
- Partial refund: transferred to your provided bank account; installment payments must still be paid normally.
- ATM Transfer: Refunds will be transferred back to the original bank account.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website—including text, graphics, images, photos, videos, data, information, layout, and design— is legally owned by the Company. No person may use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or reverse-engineer the content without prior written consent.
If you wish to use any Website content, you must obtain written authorization from the Company, cite the source, and maintain content accuracy without distortion.
8. Third-Party Website Links
Links to third-party websites are provided solely for user convenience. These websites are not controlled by the Company, and the Company is not responsible for their content nor subject to their policies. Users must independently evaluate the safety and suitability of third-party sites.
9. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the following:
- Service suspension due to system migration, replacement, or maintenance.
- Service interruption caused by issues beyond the Company’s control.
- Incorrect website information due to external interference, forgery, tampering, deletion, or extraction.
- Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
- Service suspension due to user violations of laws or these Terms.
- Any other circumstances where the Company deems service suspension necessary.
- If a product is out of stock (and will not be restocked) or if a system error causes incorrect pricing, ULTRARM reserves the right to reject or cancel orders—even if already placed. Any payments made will be fully refunded, and no further liability will be assumed.
10. User Breach
Users who violate these Terms, any applicable law (including civil, criminal, copyright, trademark, patent laws), or repeatedly fail to collect COD or store pickup orders may cause losses to the Company or third parties. Users agree to bear all resulting compensation responsibilities.
11. Validity of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The New Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any disputes arising from these Terms.
